The main floor offers an open dining, living, and kitchen area, creating a welcoming space for gatherings. The condo complex is a little older and you could tell it hadn't had a real deep clean in a long time but overall it was a decent rental. It was an easy walk in to downtown Gatlinburg but it was one heck of a walk back up (I learned I need to start working out more.) We were in town for the cheer comp and this was perfect for our 2 families to save some money versus a hotel.

Beautiful View and Excellent location!

We recently had a 3 night stay here with our family. There was the perfect amount of space to be comfortable and the location was ideal for enjoying anything in downtown Gatlinburg as well as be an easy drive to the National Park where we spent the majority of our stay hiking. We saw bears on the property every single day!

Cabin rental

A few things about this rental unit. The location is great - trolley stop right out front. Lots of steps up to the 3rd floor. The coffee maker does not work and the toaster barely does, the kitchen sink does not drain very well and the couch cushions were torn. Also the beds are terribly old and uncomfortable.

Needs some updates and TLC

The space was sufficient for our needs. However, the door to the 2nd king room did not close completely. The shared bathroom sink has a leak underneath in the cabinet. Could use some storage somewhere for groceries and such.And there was not available WiFi. Which is a small inconvenience.
