Welcome to Paradise! Ocean View 2 Bed, 1 Bath Penthouse Corner Unit, Across From Beach & Sleeps 6 People

This top floor, penthouse unit is conveniently located at Kihei Alii Kai complex, across the street from the beach, and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, snorkel rentals etc. This unit has been tastefully upgraded with contemporary, beach-inspired decor and has huge ocean facing windows in the living area and loft bedroom area, and vaulted ceilings throughout. Enjoy ocean views from your balcony!

The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo, creating a great separation of space. Each bedroom has a queen bed, with an additional pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Please keep in mind one of the bedrooms is lofted and open.

There is a full bathroom, including bathtub, located just outside the downstairs bedroom. The washer-dryer and linen closet are located in the hallway closets for everyone's convenient use.

The condo has an incredible, open concept living, dining, kitchen area featuring fresh paint, furniture, and decor. There is plenty of room to gather, relax, dine or entertain inside and out. The fully equipped and well-appointed kitchen features granite counter tops, hardwood cabinetry, and all of the cooking tools/utensils you might need to make delicious meals at home during your stay!

This complex is centrally located in the heart of Kihei across the street from Kamaole Beach 1, where snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, or just basking in the sun on one of Maui’s most pristine beaches is a must! The complex features solar-heated pool, hot tub, sauna, as well as an outdoor dining area with gas BBQs. Fine dining or casual dining, groceries, shopping, as well as water sports rentals are all just a short stroll away!

We provide all linens, and the unit is stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, towels & umbrellas for your convenience. Wireless internet, cable, phone and parking are included.

Perfect location, very walkable, felt very safe and really good amenities! There were beach accessories to use, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels which was so awesome! We loved being able to cook in the kitchen and drink our coffee on the balcony. Would visit again and I definitely recommend this place.

An excellent location with the beach just ½ block away. We loved that the condo supplied beach chairs and a cooler for our daily treks to the beach. We really enjoyed the onsite pool and hot tub as well. Many of the people staying at the condo frequently used the BBQs provided.

We had an amazing trip! Our place was perfect 2 min walk at best to see the sunset on the beach every night! The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to stay in and cook. Perfect place for our family of 6!

Just a short walk to the beach with chairs and a cooler provided. The host responded quickly when I had a question. The property is overall in good condition but there are some minor things that need to be fixed such as the cabinet hinges and the curtains. Very quite and clean property/complex.

Nice location, walking distance to the beach, dining etc. The building is not ADA friendly and stairs are unavoidable for all units.

Amazing property in Kihei

We had a great time in Kihei! This property is right in the middle of everything! Walking distance to the beach, shops and plenty of food options. Be sure to check out Maui Gelato in the Dolphin Plaza and Maui Cinnamon Roll in the plaza 1/2 a block east. We appreciated the beach equipment that is supplied by the owner. Beach chairs and the umbrella were greatly appreciated by the whole family:)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time staying at this fun condo! It’s decorated so perfectly for a Maui vacation. I loved the surf vibes with the bright, openness of the condo. My husband and I stayed in the loft area, which we found very comfortable. There is even a desk up there which makes checking work emails comfortable... but I tried not to do that on vacation! The beach across the street is beautiful and an easy walk. Lots of good dining nearby too! Big shoutout to the friendly management team! We hope to come back and vacation through them again as soon as possible!!
