This Maui Ocean Front two-bedroom condo is just steps from the beach and has A/C units in each room to keep you cool on those warm Maui afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and eating out on your own private lanai. The open living area offers a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping with plenty of space to relax after a long day at the pool and beach. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in the master bedroom that features a king bed with a full ocean view and private access to the lanai. The attached master bathroom has a large mirror, vanity, walk-in shower, and a full size stackable washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed with large closet offering beach and ocean necessities. The second bathroom has a vanity with a large mirror, nice lighting, and a walk-in shower. All this just a few steps from the ocean.

The property offers a solar heated pool with two BBQ areas for outdoor grilling located on beautifully landscaped tropical oceanfront grounds. The rooftop BBQ and dining area provides stunning views of the Ocean, Haleakala, the West Maui Mountains, Molokini, Kahoolawe, and Lanai. It is an ideal place to watch for whales in the winter and relax and enjoy Maui's breathtaking sunsets. Onsite is the authentic Indian restaurant - Monsoon India - with a full bar and spectacular views.

Settled right next to the restaurant is the heated pool and another set of BBQ grills, all oceanside and behind the pool on the perfectly manicured grounds are the shuffleboard courts. Just steps away is Kalepolepo Beach Park home of the Historic 16th century Royal Fish Pond of Kalepolepo. The fish pond is the perfect place to play and snorkel, or sit and relax on the beach observing outriggers canoes and paddlers entering the sea. The pond is the home to many sea turtles who like to relax in the sun on the beach. On the other side of the complex is Keaka Beach with just a 5 minute beach walk to public tennis courts and the other beaches of Kihei.

The complex is a 15 minute drive from the Airport and major shopping including Costco, Walmart and Target. And is just minutes away from the local shopping and dining areas of Kihei. We first visited Kihei on the island of Maui 20 years ago and fell in love with the stunning sunset ocean views, variety of restaurants, shops and the close proximity to the most amazing beaches on the island. It became our dream to enjoy this area as many times a year as we could. We are happy to share this dream with you and your loved ones.
