We had a great time here! Love the location! The house is perfectly located for morning walks on Bay Shore and evening strolls to multiple dinners. Multiple seating areas with capacity for all our guests. Beds are comfortable and house was immaculately cleaned. Screened porch was lovely. And side yard was fenced for pet safety. Five stars!

Great spot

Very responsive host to every little detail. House is designed for renters with every possible appliance you can imagine. So clean and would highly recommend!

The gas grill was very dirty and unusable. The grates on the grill were built up with residue and not clean enough for food. I went and purchased a small grill in order to grill a few steaks and chicken. The pictures showed a seating area outside, but outside on the side of the house was a bare open area. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms were large and clean. Parking was an issue also. The garage was open and available but one of the 2 outside spots was occupied and the vehicle was too close to pull into the garage. I rented an expensive luxury car and had to park it outdoors at night.
