I am from Monroe, and it is a wonderful small and peaceful town. I want to give a place for anyone to come feel and see the unique atmosphere and scenic views the Little Green Valley has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Monroe has some of the best views you can find in a small rural town. It is surround by mountains, canyons, and rivers. My favorite view is coming over the Joetown hill and overlooking the valley that Monroe is set it. You will see large hayfields, cattle ranches, mature trees, schools, sports fields, canals, and much more against the large majestic mountains.

What makes this property unique

My family has owned this property for 4 generations. My grandpa remodeled the old cabin and added on the back bedrooms and stuccoed the outside of the house. My dad refinished the stucco Indian blanket and renovated the home. My mom and I finished remodeling the home.
