Private space for professionals; travel nurses, doctors, students, etc
I have a nice spacious private 2 bedroom guest space for rent in my house. The entire house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 full baths and the two sides are separate with their own private entrances. The private guest space (~900sq’) for rent is accessible from the side door or the back. It has it’s own large living room and kitchen and it’s own private full bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms in the guest space, you can rent one of the bedrooms or both. But either way the space is private and separate from the rest of the house. The laundry is shared with me. There is a garden in the back and the front yard that I take care of. The space is available for temp stay professionals such as traveling nurses or students. Terms of stay and length is negotiable but it's min 1 month stay.
