This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury condo sleeps 8 across one king-sized bed, one queen-size bed, and a queen-over-queen bunk bed. It features a private balcony with outdoor seating, an in-unit washer and dryer, and beautiful hard wood radiant heat flooring thoughout. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile from the Mountain House base area. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.
Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home-cooked meal. It features modern stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a pantry, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The adjacent dining area seats six around a chic circular dining table. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, just beyond the dining area; this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker and coffee. Or simply relax on the inviting outdoor furniture and soak in the sights and sounds of the Snake River, with slope views just beyond.
The living area offers gorgeous slope and Snake River views through the oversized windows. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch TV on the designer couch or modern chairs. Behind the living room is the first guest bedroom, which features a queen-sized bed, closet and upscale bed set. A guest bathroom is accessible both from this room and from the living area. It offers a shower and bathtub combination and a quartz countertop vanity. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The second guest bedroom is just opposite the living area and features a queen-over-queen bunk bed, cozy lounge sack, and an en suite bathroom. The attached bathroom offers a single sink vanity with a matching countertop and a shower and bathtub combination.
Heading down the hall, you will find the den, which offers an ideal place to get some work done with a dedicated workspace and comfortable desk chair. Adjacent to this space, you will find the primary suite which features a king-sized bed, large windows, a closet, and an en suite bathroom. All closets are stocked with hangers, humidifiers, and extra pillows for guest use. The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity with quartz countertops and a standing shower adorned with beautiful gray tiling.
This vacation rental also offers a private washer and dryer for guest use, located in a closet by the entryway. For your convenience, an initial supply of laundry detergent is provided.
Guests of Clearwater Lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage equipped with a 50amp receptacle. Please note that guests must bring their own charging cords. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first-come, first-served basis.

Great stay at this Keystone condo. The views were wonderful and the unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with high-end pots, pans, and utensils, which was a nice bonus. Staff was very helpful and responsive. The only suggestion would be to update the printed information regarding parking and key instructions, as multiple guests seemed confused. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
This was a perfect stay for me and my family as there was 7 of us! I love that everyone had their own room. The views in the mornings were breathtaking.
Property was great! Had three under 6 and was a bit challenging but great location and views!

Great place. Very new and modern just 5min from the slopes
My family had a wonderful experience at this property. Tons of space (more spacious than the pictures) and really peaceful. The view from every room was stunning. Weather was nice during our stay, so we kept the windows open all day and didn't need the fans provided. Only noise we heard was the river running behind the property. Will definitely be coming back!!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Great space for a relaxing week away from home!
This condo was perfect for our group of friends! 3 bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms in each came in really handy for 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with handy appliances like coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and convection oven. Dining table was perfect and enough space to still walk around and a cozy tucked away living area where we watched tv and socialized. We really appreciated the office den as it was a great place to store our snowboard bags. Also loved the little mud room bench/hooks by the front door to easily put on boots. The unit felt very new and well built/maintained. Will absolutely be returning in the future! Just a personal preference, but the shower water pressure was very light if that matters to you. The property only provides starter toiletries, so keep that in mind when staying here. Otherwise 10/10 stay!

I fully recommend this property. One thing that we really like is that each bedroom has their own bathroom. The size of the rooms are good. Everything was nice and clean. The lite une had everything you need I really like the location. It was very close to a lot of resorts or other activities. It was a total of 5 adults and 3 kids. Kids had the chance to place outside in the snow. I love they have an indoor garage. We will definitely stay in that property the next time we travel to Colorado.

The property is amazing, very clean, very new and high end furniture, the only bad thing is that none of the bedrooms had window shades.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was beautifully decorated and clean. Large windows with mountain views. The location in building 3 is ideal. Corner unit. Quiet and private. The walking path was right outside the building. Short walk to the lake. We appreciated the parking garage and required badge access to the building. Fans in every room was helpful as it can get warm in the summer months. Hope to rent this unit again!

This must be a new rental? The biggest issue was no blinds on any window so good luck on sleeping in. If you don't have AC you need some box fans to get air moving. Once I figured we can't fix this quickly we just lived with it because of just a short stay.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend.
