- Maximum Occupancy is 11 people. Maximum Parking is 4 vehicles - 2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.
- All trash must be taken to the dumpster in building 120. Good Neighbor Guidelines MUST be followed per county regulations.
- Completing the booking acknowledges receipt of and compliance with the Vacation Rental Contract.

We have owned property in the Colorado mountains for over 22 years including Keystone & Breckenridge. We built the Haywood Cafe and managed Gateway Grocery & Liquor two different times. Two of our (now adult) children went to school in Boulder and our son is a Realtor in Denver. They all started skiing at Keystone at the age of 5 - we obviously love it here!

This unit is almost double the size of most units in River Run and has much more privacy. The heated floors feel good on your feet in the morning and you don't have to worry about something brushing up against the baseboard heaters! It is only a 5 minute walk to the plaza at River Run or to the Gateway Building with ski rental, a grocery/liquor store and the Haywood Cafe - has the best breakfast in Keystone.

This large townhome is nestled between the two base areas at Keystone, is a 5-10 minute walk to either one, and is on the Green bus route if you prefer that method. You can easily get to all the amenities of River Run without being crowded, dealing with elevators, or long walks down halls. And the two heated garages sure beat the hassle of trying to find parking under a building.
