Peaceful spacious spotlessly clean well appointed accomodation . Had everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. gorgeous view from lanai onto canal . Host communication was very prompt and helpful. Would definitely return or highly recommend this accommodation for any friend or family looking for a base in the South Florida region.

This house is the nicest villa we have stayed at in the thirty years we have been travelling to Florida. The house is immaculate and very modern. Beautiful furnishing which is what I like on my hols. Bed very comfortable. Everything looked brand new. The setting looking over the waterway is so peaceful. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday this villa is well worth it and the pool in September was the perfect temperature. Very well looked after villa in the perfect setting. Highly recommend.

A fantastic property with a fantastic deck, ideal for a chill time, or for lots of fishing. The property was well maintained and had modern appliances and utensils. Doug was an excellent host with good communication throughout. If you are visiting for fishing, all the usual Floridian species can be caught in the canal behind the house!

Had a wonderful time in this rental. Lots of thoughtful touches and absolutely everything you need. We had an issue with some furniture during our stay and this was fixed with someone on site within 1 hour to remediate. Super comminication thtoughout - would have been even more helpful to understand how far the included fuel fee was likely to go. The villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with absolutely phenomenal views of the passing boats with their waving incumbents :) Loved every second of our stay especially 4th July which was an outstanding night on the deck.

A long-awaited family vacation was made all the more memorable by our stay at this amazing villa. With four adults in our party the villa has more than enough space. From start to finish our stay was perfect in very sense. The villa was spotless and had everything that we needed (and more) for our 11 night stay. We breakfasted every morning under the cabana and enjoyed the stunning views along the canal. Kayaking was great fun, especially first thing in the morning before it got too hot and if you like fishing the there is no shortage of fish to catch. The villa is ideally located in Cape Coral with both Walmart and Publix being a short 5 minute drive away. Good food is to be found at Fords Garage and also the Boat House which are also close by. Sanibel and Captiva are an enjoyable 20 to 25 minute drive away whilst access to Fort Myers is also very straightforward. A huge shout out to Nat who we met and who was both professional and attentive; a perfect hostess. As one previous reviewer has advised anyone currently looking at this property would do well to stop reading the reviews and book the villa right away. Highly, highly recommended and thanks again to Nat for making our long delayed vacation so enjoyable.

Beautifully decorated and furnished house close to shops and things to do. The pool although well screened does face onto a busy (at times) road and it is quite close to neighbouring houses. You could hear some noise from the A/C unit in the master bedroom. That said, it didn't really detract from a very relaxing week in a lovely house. Helpful owners
