Welcome to KittyHaus! Located in a quiet tree-lined street 10 minutes from downtown Denton and 1 minute from Loop 288, it's the perfect mix of tranquility and city life. And cats! While there is no actual feline presence in KittyHaus, cat decor reigns supreme here, and you can always visit the friendly neighbor kitties down the street. Denton has a lot to offer for anyone looking to explore a unique and music-filled city or just experience a quiet family getaway. Act meow, book the KittyHaus!

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
KittyHaus has three bedrooms: A master bedroom with a king size bed, a full size bed, and a third bedroom with a full size bed. PLEASE NOTE: the third bedroom's default set-up is two twin beds, but we can put the trundle back together, and add a desk, in which case the room would have only one twin bed. Please see the photos for examples of what these options look like.

There are two full sized bathrooms, each with a tub and shower. One is in the master bedroom and the other is off the hallway.

The house is in a quiet, suburban area of Denton. It is about 1 minute away from Loop 288 and about 10 minutes away from Denton Square.

Pleasant neighborhood with easy access to the Denton loop. The house is well kept. well-equipped, and nicely decorated. (One minor note: The living room gathering area is not as large as it appears in the photos.)

My husband, daughter and 5 year old grandson really enjoyed our 3 night stay at KittyHaus in Denton. We were there for a wedding and were very happy with the cleanliness of the property and all of the amenities. The king size bed was super comfortable, the coffee each morning was very welcoming, and the entire house was very clean. Leslie was quick to respond to any questions I had and one issue that came up. We found the property to be well located to all the events we attended. And, the large fenced in back yard was lots of fun for our grandson. We would highly recommend it!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kitty Haus! Great location (restaurants and shopping within 5-10 minutes), spotlessly clean, all the amenities, and a communicative host. The art is fabulous, too! We are two dance moms traveling with our daughters, and we felt completely safe and at home here. We would gladly stay here on our next trip to Denton. Thanks again!

Second Stay at KittyHaus

We stayed in KittyHaus in January 2025 and March. The house is as listed. The accommodations were perfect for 6 people and an infant. The little boys ages 4 and 7 loved the third bedroom with the pull-out beds. This home is perfect for us to visit family only a couple minutes away. It is located in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect property with amazing upgrades. Was just like owner described and beds were amazing ( I looked at the mattress to see what kind ). My daughter committed to play soccer at TWU so when we come up this is where we will be staying.

The home was very well done and finished nicely. My wife and I found it to be very welcoming, cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The back yard is fenced for renters with children. The home was as described in the listing. Leslie was great to work with and responded quickly to answer questions.We have already booked a second stay at this home.
