This home includes one large family cum living room, 4 spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 10, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, comfortable workspace with desk, two smart TVs, and high efficient washer and dryer. UNT is only 3-5 minutes away and the area has countless restaurants, grocery stores, and great nearby shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and guests may park in the 2-car garage and 2 in the driveway. The backyard is fully fenced and there are chairs for relaxing on the back patio. Great for family, business and leisure.
