To the property and the host, I would give 6 stars. Sibi is very kind and answered all our concerns on time. The property was very clean, we had the whole apartment (basement) to ourselves, with 2 rooms, a bathroom, and whole kitchen, and all the utensils needed. He was also so kind as to leave coffee and bread for us. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it was so far from Niagara Falls that we had to Uber at night and each ride was close to $50, so it did not make sense to save on lodging. Also during the weekend, there was no public transportation, but Sibi took us to our destination. I would highly recommend this place if you have a car, or you're just going to Niagara College in Welland.
