Modern Rustic House with Hot Tub Near Downtown

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place with a new addition—an outdoor hot tub! Our gorgeous home in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City is perfect for the city dweller who loves being close to it all. It has been meticulously designed and renovated, featuring custom high-end finishes, luxury flooring, and beautiful landscaping. Walk to favorite coffee shops and restaurants, minutes from downtown attractions. After exploring downtown, unwind in our luxurious hot tub near the deck.



The space is a two-story residential home on a corner lot. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a hot tub, and free parking.



Guests have their own private entrance and will be given a code upon arrival.



I respect the privacy of guests. However, I like to meet and get to know people whenever possible. I am usually nearby and can be reached through the app if you need anything.



The neighborhood is zoned commercial and residential. Many shops, restaurants, and bars are nearby. Be aware that there is a lot of foot traffic in the area, so be careful not to leave visible belongings, especially if parking in the street.

Incredible stay and incredible hospitality! We were a last minute booking on a cross country road trip and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hot tub hit the spot after a long day on the road. The house was immaculately clean and was in tip top shape. A true gem of the rental space. Will absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at this property. When we entered the house there was an awful smell that one of our family members had an allergic reaction to. It was also not very clean, hair and debris on the floors throughout. The hot tub as well was dirty when we checked it. There was a hole in the bathroom floor as well. I’ve tried to resolve a refund with the property owner but haven’t received a response despite sending photos and reaching out several times. The photos are very deceiving!

The property itself was great!! It was warm and inviting. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with two teenagers. Kitchen was stocked well.The downstairs living room, restroom and bedroom was a bonus with the teenages!The fenced in parking was nice.The text before our arrival with details about the stay and picture describing how to enter the property and how to use the hot tub was nice Neighborhood had a lot of foot traffic around the house.

Great place in SLC

My family and I stayed here while my daughter played in the National Volleyball tournament. The house was cute and cozy and plenty of room for all six of us. The host was quick with responding and offering any questions we had. We would definitely recommend to others and stay here again, if in the area!
