Katie’s place was a great place to stay for the weekend! Super clean and perfect for 2 people. Loved the decor and little added gift shop! Was nearby to many breweries, restaurants, and ETSU. Will definitely be back and book again!
Such a cool, cozy place to stay. Location was everything to us. Katie was a kind host.

Katie was a great host who made check-in seamless. The room was clean and comfortable in an area that has great dining options and park recommendations courtesy of the welcome book
Our host was top notch and we loved the free snacks.I would make one communication recommendation. There was a min-fridge in our room and we just assumed it was on. In fact it was plugged into a power strip and we realized too late that the power strip, while plugged in was turned off. Guests need to know accordingly.
