A welcome packet is is provided 30 days prior to your arrival date. It includes directions, your keyless code to the villa, a Palmetto Dunes Resort map, a restaurant guide and my contact information should you need anything during your stay.

I have engaged in a local cleaning company to ensure your villa is clean and in working order. I also have an inspector go in AFTER it is cleaned to make sure it is clean to my standards.

Had a wonderful stay at this condo! Was pleasantly surprised with how amazing everything was! It was extremely clean. The beds, sheets, pillows and towels were all good quality! The condo letterhead everything you could want there- this condo was beyond well stocked! We are hoping to return back for a future vacation with our crew. Also need to mention, the outside pool and grill area is fantastic!!! So clean and well updated!

What a Vacation Rental is supposed to be!!

This is far and away the most well equipped , cared for , well managed and comfortable vacation rental you will find. Really this property is what VRBO should use as the standard for their listings. You won’t find a cleaner or more well equipped vacation rental in HHI - and we will be coming back here every strip as long as it’s on the market.

This unit was perfect and we will return! The condo was clean, tons of space, two balconies, and everything we needed for kitchen/bath were available. Our favorite part was the adult only pool - that was definitely a fantastic addition. It is in walking distance to golf, tennis, and several restaurants. I am almost afraid to be too positive for fear that when I want to come again you will be all booked up! Thank you so much for allowing us use of this immaculate property.
