Newly remodeled chic private studio is within walking distance to beach. You`ll be hard pressed to find a better deal! Located on a barrier island North of the Fort Lauderdale border, this unit is a short two block walk to the sand. If you`re looking for activities, we have plenty! There is a large nearby park, as well as intracoastal water access. Whether it`s SCUBA, kitesurfing, jet ski`s or drinking margaritas you`ll find plenty of ways to escape, and enjoy a nice day in the Florida sun.

I live in unit #5 and always available should you need anything

If you are looking to chill and not have to drive you really don`t need a car here, everything you need is within walking distance.

There are friendly cats that roam the property but they are NEVER allowed inside
