About this property

New & Blue - 2 blocks to the beach

Come stay at our newest beach cabana renovation here on the barrier island of Pompano Beach! We have all the sunny amenities you expect including beach chairs and beach towels. This unit was just completed in February of 2023 and everything is brand new and super comfy. Parking is right up front and the beach is just two short blocks away.

This is a comfortable one bedroom apartment that accommodates 3 adults. There is an adjoining apartment.

This neighborhood is one of the best kept secrets on the barrier islands. The surrounding construction is new, and the neighborhood`s paint is fresh!

If you`re here for business - the island bridge is down the block, easy to navigate, and a welcome separation between a home and work.

If you`re here for vacation, everything you need is here on the island. We have scuba and fishing docks, shops of all kinds (dive, gift, sport, groceries....), bars and restaurants. There`s no need for a car or typical work-life distractions. Just you, the water, the sand, and this little home to rest, in-between.

Oh! And one last thing - this island loves its cats. And particularly here on the North end. Our streets are filled with well-pampered of kittens, and you`ll find them peacefully enjoying the island amenities as well. So, if that`s your thing - you really can`t do better than this. So prepare to see friendly kittens of all shapes and sizes during your stay.

It`s very charming here, and we would love to have you.

This apartment is not suitable for babies and toddlers.
We do provide beach chairs and umbrella but not snorkeling gear
This is a cat neighborhood and they roam the property but NEVER allowed inside.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 96% refund of the amount paid. The 4% fee is non-refundable to cover processing costs. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

All you need for a couple's retreat. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and a walk along the intercoastal. The owner was nearby and very helpful.

Great stay

Me and my husband’s stay was wonderful, really cozy and the check in process was so easy. We never saw anyone else and it felt so private despite being a duplex style. The only thing I will say was the vrbo was extremely clean, just a weird and off putting smell. We just grabbed a candle and it solved the problem!

I speak Spanish fluently, and can usually get through a conversation in Portuguese and French if you're patient with me. I train and have done a few triathlons, and enjoy gardening, and reading during my down time. I've lived in South Florida nearly all of my life, and if I can't give you an answer on my hometown, a quick call to my son will usually get me the answer you need. I'm an avid traveler myself, and have been to much of South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. I'd look forward to sharing my town with you, and hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I have.
