The home boasts an amazing open floor plan with a youthful fresh vibe throughout the home. It includes beautiful floors, open concept kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, a large primate suite with bathroom overlooking the golf course, a guest room with king bed, a second guest room with 2 bunk beds plus a trundle for the large family, an extra room with a queen bed and a massive living room with another pullout couch. The open floor plan includes an extra long dining room table with seating for 10 or more. Once you enter the yard, the yard includes an amazing new pool and spa and a massive side yard with grass for the kids to run.

We are a family of four with young children. We live in Hermosa Beach and love La Quinta. Our desire to enjoy the desert life when we want to get away for a short break, brought us to La Quinta Fairways. When we are not enjoying our La Quinta home, we want others to take in the beauty of La Quinta from our family friendly retreat.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it met the three requirements any family should look for in a desert home (on a golf course, a great pool and mountain views) but also because the open floor plan allows us to entertain and enjoy all of our family and guests and the large lot is uniquely located so that it is both on a golf course but secluded from the golfers.

What makes this property unique

This property is great. You are in a quiet neighborhood within a short bike ride to Old Town La Quinta and the LaQuinta resort. If you rent a golf cart, you can take the cart from the house to the LaQuinta resort. You can take in Tennis at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden or dine and shop nearby.
