o apartamento é muito bom, limpo e arejado. o local muito bom para compras e muita variedades de restaurante só os elevadores que são muito lento.

Obrigada, pela boa avaliação! São 3 elevadores, mas tem 2 fatores que atrapalham. Na alta temporada, a rotatividade é enorme. E, por ser um prédio alto, não seria seguro, elevadores muito rápidos. Mariuza

Apartamento super confortável, limpo e organizado. A Dona Mariuza super gentil e simpática, sempre que entrei em contato ela me respondeu com agilidade, super atenciosa.
