About this property

Serenity on the Tims Ford Lake, near many potential adventures.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this beautiful, spacious, bright farmhouse. Your family will enjoy a quiet, calm yard before a restful night in this 3 bedroom house that sleeps 12. There is a large master bathroom with a large stand-alone tub to soak your troubles away in. The upstairs bath enjoys 2 sinks and the shower/bath. Downstairs has a 1/2 bath that is bright & airy. Have to work a bit ? There is a dedicated office with a desk, chair and couch that converts to a large twin bed. The view is so amazing you won't mind working ! Breakfast can be enjoyed at the kitchen island or table looking out the large windows while planning your day. Evening drinks on the deck before you grill dinner & then a final night cap around the chiminea telling stories and laughing.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure the Oven, Stove & BBQ are turned off. If there is anything particularly stinky in the garbage, please put that garbage bag into the garbage can in the garage.
Please do NOT strip used beds. Please DO put used towels in the bath or shower.
Please make sure 3 Roku remotes & 5 fan remotes are left on the entry table. Please make sure the garage is closed & all doors are locked. Please email when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
My house rules will be emailed at inquiry and must be agreed to within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled
A 4WD vehicle is recommended. The drive is unpaved and has an increased elevation halfway up. No refunds will be given knowing this and still booking.
All person's staying at the property must be listed, by name, as a guest.

This place has it all!

Great property by the lake. Very clean. This host thought of everything, from the welcome tray on the entry table, luggage racks, extra folding beds, and a cozy office nook, it would be impossible not to have a pleasant stay.
