The property was beautiful, condo was clean and had what we needed.Did not like the fact that 5 minutes before checkout the host decided to unlock and come in our door because she didn’t see our car and thought we were gone. Could have at least knocked. Stood at the door and waited for us to leave. A little unnecessary…

Condo was great - just like the pictures. Had everything one would need from beach towels to coolers to bath amenities and more. Kitchen equipment was excellent - perfect for cooking meals when you prefer to eat in. Best balcony to watch the 4th of July fireworks. Host communication was excellent. Overall a perfect choice for a long stay in the Keys.

Our stay in Key West was absolutely perfect!! Our condo was beautiful and had the most gorgeous view!!! Such a short walk to Smathers Beach! We can’t wait to book this place again! Pictures don’t do it justice!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the balcony was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets.The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property.We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Five stars all around!

We LOVED this well appointed condo! Everything about it was just lovely. The view of the water over the pool and sunning beach was perfect. Our host, Rosa, was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. We had one small issue with a shower setting that was handled and resolved promptly. If you are looking for a quiet, laid back setting, this is a winner.

The actual condo was beautiful, just as described. The view from the porch was amazing. The condo complex is very dated. The rugs in the hallway are dirty and need replacing and the grounds need upkeep.

Very comfortable apartment with everything you could need - beautifully decorated, loved the access to the pool & gym and couldn't beat the view of the ocean from the balcony. Would definitely come back!

We never like to hear the experience at the community pool is less than perfect. Future guests can take comfort in the fact that the pool area at this complex is very large with plenty of space to spread out and move a few of the many chaise lounges around to keep their “good vibes” protected. There are rules and regulations posted by the HOA and enforced by the on site management that should be considered by any group that may envision wanting to use the pool for more than a relaxing day of sun and swimming.

We really enjoyed our stay at Smooth Sailing. The property was exceptionally nice and comfortable, and Brian the leasing agent was most helpful. Thanks for the hospitality and the great accommodations. Hope to return for another stay sometime soon!
