With a complete 2023 renovation, the décor is inspired by the life and travels of “Papa” Earnest Hemingway.
This is a beautiful top floor two-bedroom ocean-view unit at 1800 Atlantic condos. It has pristine ocean-views from all rooms where sliding glass doors open on to your own 50 ft private balcony.
You cannot get a better view than this, including from your King bed in the primary suite, the king in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper (new in 2025) in the living room.
The kitchen is full size and fully equipped. Full size washer & dryer. High speed wireless internet access.

The property has an Olympic size pool, 20 person Jacuzzi, with 3 lighted tennis courts, one of which is clay.

Elevator Upgrade project taking place from June - September 2026 - Please note there will still be one working elevator in both the East and West building while this project is underway.

This condo was immaculate and beautifully designed. Stunning view of the beach and pool. Great management company, very clear about the policies, etc. I would absolutely rent this specific unit (Papa Del Mar) again!

Awesome First Key West Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My adult children, sister, brother-in-law, and I all stayed to attend my nephew's graduation from KWHS. We had plenty of room and used the full kitchen for just about every meal! Coffee tastes better sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view and breeze. Having the washer and dryer were a godsend! Security makes you feel safe without going overboard. Pool and hottub are on a beautiful patio. Would recommend and stay again!

The pool was clean, large, and not overcrowded- which was an added bonus! We did have to Uber to most things during the day. At night (as things cooled off) we walked a lot and enjoyed the added exercise.

Although the picture shows a rocky beach, we assumed since it was described as beachside, we could at least walk on the beach, but it was too rocky and you couldn't even reach it. The pool was fantastic and the condo was luxurious. We could enjoy many views from the patio. A Hemingway enthusiast would not even have to leave the condo as many of his books were on the bookshelves along with a lot of other information about him scattered throughout the condo. A great place to stay!

The pictures did not do the view justice. Both the view and the rooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. I would definitely recommend this property. However, make sure you read the rules and for the love of god do not put a towel over the railing ;)

We loved every minute at this condo. We could see sunsets from the deck. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We could choose between sitting on the beach or poolside. The condo had everything we needed, and it was beautiful! We rented a golf cart, which quickly got us wherever we needed to go. We will definitely stay here again!

Our new favorite destination!

This was our first time in Key West and we can’t wait to go back. Our stay was wonderful and easy. Everything was just as we expected. Check in was a breeze and we were in the pool 30 minutes after we arrived. We will definitely stay here again!

Great vacation spot

It was a little bit of quest at the beginning with keys and access to property but we successfully made it! We loved the Hemingway style, clean and spacious kitchen and showers! The view is absolutely breathtaking.! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Wonderful View

Very relaxing stay on the top floor with a great view. I’m recommending this specific unit to a friend because I really enjoyed my stay. The Hemingway theme was perfect.
