Our stay at the loft was overall wonderful. Pack lightly or be prepared to make multiple trips up and down as there weren’t any carts for luggage. It was a little confusing to get the loft, but the directions were clear and we eventually figured it out. With it being a loft, with very high ceilings, it echoes. Noise travels very easily. The host, Dan, was very responsive and kind. If we ever have another visit into downtown Des Moines, we would gladly stay here again.

Property smelled like smoke and was a bit challenging to access; many doors and unexpected stairs. Sparse kitchen amenities. Noisy icemaker and AC unit.

It was a great location for being downtown. Parking was surprisingly easy and close. The space was the perfect size but could have used another comfy chair or two in the living room. We would stay here again.

This is a nice loft within walking distance to lots of fun things to do in downtown Des Moines. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The loft was spacious and clean with super comfy beds. The building feels very safe. Navigating the parking ramp and skyway was a little tricky until we learned our way around. Would definitely stay here again.
