Romantic Vibe

The photos accurately reflected exactly what we found inside this simply appointed rental. What we didn’t expect was the sort of vibe or energy we felt from the moment we parked. We found ourselves describing it as ‘romantic.’ The building’s freshly painted exterior is pleasing and it’s easy to see the potential as we walked through the currently being updated/remodeled hall up to the well marked front door. The sweet patio off our living room offered another, welcomed sitting area. Overall, I suspect you’ll really enjoy your time them …

Ok for one overnight

The property is located in a building with many short term rental rooms and the building is being renovated. The building itself is a mess and feels sketchy. The unit we stayed in was adequate and clean; however, very, very noisy. If someone is in the hallway, you can hear their entire conversation. During the night, there was jumping around going on the floor above us. So, needless to say not a good nights sleep. Would not book this property again.

Great spot to stay in Downtown Omaha

The VBRO was exactly as advertised. Updated, clean, and what I was looking for. The only reason I gave it 4 stars in the entryway and hallways to the property's rooms is under construction/remodel. Not a big deal, but a little jarring when you get into the property. And communication with the property management company was a little slow. But I would book again.

Nice place but....

We arrived Thanksgiving Day in Omaha, went straight from airport to Family and enjoyed our time. When we arrived at unit, check in was easy and the place was lovely. The part that is not so nice, is that someone else had access to the unit and walked right in at 12:30A stating that someone told them they could use the place and asked if we knew them. We quickly advised NO and to get out. Very scary that others had access to the unit we rented. Made us feel very unsafe and unsure if ourselves and belongings were secure.
