You'll enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom townhome with a view of the Atlantic. Our guests have raved about how well equipped our townhome is! I have often prepared Thanksgiving meals in the unit, with everything I needed! There are two levels of balconies - the one off the master is very private, and the one on the top has a great view!

We have a beautiful and large square wood table, and a NEW comfortable sectional with 3 recliners in the living room. We are constantly updating and refreshing our unit. We have all stainless appliances and granite countertops. We hope you enjoy them!

If comparing with rental companies, please note that THEY ADD additional fees to bookings... with owners, the price listed is what you pay... please remember this when comparing prices! We only add cleaning and tax. There is a $200 refundable deposit for new guests, which is reduced to $50 for returning guests.

The clubhouse provides great entertainment when you want a break from the sun, or if you have a rainy day (heaven forbid!) . The clubhouse includes indoor racquetball, workout equipment, foosball, pool table, ping pong, restrooms, pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball. The pool and hot tub are generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day (often a few weeks before and after). Outdoor sports (tennis, basketball and pickleball) are all available. Equipment available in clubhouse.

CONSIDER working from this beautiful townhome for a month in the off season! Make this your home away from home with a beautiful view of the ocean! The off season is my favorite time of year! You'll love the peace and tranquility, along with EVERYTHING you need for your family to be at home while away from home! We are very well equipped, and have plenty of space for you to live comfortably during a long or short term rental!

Please note that VRBO requires I do on-line booking. Since VRBO is not my only listing site, I have a 24 hr period to check my record and make sure I don't double-book. The VRBO service fee and tax are added to my quote if you book through VRBO. The only additional fee on my end is cleaning.

Great trip!

Complex was quiet and peaceful, beach access very simple. Unit was in great condition and garage contained everything we needed for the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, stocked with everything & more that you need at the beach. The beds were all very comfortable . The beach chairs were great. Fantastic stay!

The owner is fantastic. Great view from the deck. Can hear the waves crashing. Beds are comfortable and the owner has this rental stocked with most things you may have forgotten. Easy walk and private access to the beach and pool! We would rent again for sure!

A great little getaway

We loved staying at Sea Dunes J5. It is a perfect location. Lynn is a wonderful host. She goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, for cooking, for relaxing or for bike riding. It really is a home away from home.

Convenient to everything. Very well stocked

We had a great stay. Restaurants, grocery stores and attractions were all nearby. The condo had everything including things like sugar. We didn't need to restock anything for our 5 night stay. The condo had lots of room and was very comfortable.

clean comfortable and convenient

The property is clean, close to the beach, spacious, and full of light and fresh sea breezes. Convenient to food and activities and located at a good point from which to explore the northern and southern parts of the Outer Banks. There are thoughtful little touches throughout the house, the kitchen is great, and it's nice to have access to the clubhouse on the property. We would definitely recommend this property.

Lots of little extras

Excellent hosts and convenient location

Owners are extremely responsive and informative of changing local weather conditions. Convenience to beach is best feature of property and it is very well stocked. We found the beds to be a little less comfortable than we would like and some of the kitchen supplies were not in the best condition but they were supplied. Overall we had a great week and would recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owners made it convenient for out-of-state travellers by supplying lots of supplies: towels, sheets, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and shampoo/conditioner if you didn't bring your own. The house was extremely comfortable and was located right across the street from the beach. While there was room for 6 people, we only had 3 so there was lots of space. The townhouse was conveniently close to the Wright Brothers Memorial, and an easy distance from Roanoke Island or Corolla. I highly recommend this place if you're headed to OBX!

We are now thrilled to be living just off the Island, in Powells Point. We love the beach and are happy to have the best rental on OBX! We have one son who is serving in the Air Force. Our other son (his wife and their two children) serves in the Coast Guard.

Why they chose this property

We love having a place at the Outerbanks! It is peaceful, very non-commercial, and relaxing! We wanted a place close enough to enjoy!

I also love that we provide all you need for a great vacation! I am often there for a month, and I have all I need for cooking all meals and enjoying the beach!

What makes this property unique

We love walks on the beach, diners out, and just relaxing. We enjoy it in the off-season and enjoy having the place to ourselves!
