4 Bedrooms, 2 Bath, 100 yards from the beach, 3.8 mile post, 3 queen beds, 1 double, 1 twin. Great ocean views from back deck with only a short walk to uncrowded beach. One level living with washer/dryer in fully enclosed garage. Fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen recently updated with new cabinets/granite counters and bathrooms recently updated. The area under the cottage is concrete and paver blocks with a picnic table and hammock and is a great place to relax on hot summer days.

We are perennial OBX vacationers who love to spend our free time in the sand and surf of North Carolina. We have been visiting OBX for decades, first coming as small children with our parents and then as young adults with our friends. Every summer we spend our family vacation here - three generations of family relaxing together playing cards, reading books, swinging and singing on the front porch and making many fond memories. We hope that you will take time to relax and enjoy your family and friends as well, and that you enjoy your time here as much as we have!

Family oriented neighborhood and beach with shopping, grocery stores and restaurants only a few miles away.

What makes this property unique

Uncrowded beaches. Porch swing on fully covered front deck as well as a hammock under the house for relaxing. Close to beach/ocean view/quiet neighborhood. Enclosed garage to keep your vehicle out of sun and salt air. You're almost there, once you get over the Wright Memorial Bridge - unlike other OBX locations that will take you another hour plus.
