About this property

Oceanfront escape! Spectacular ocean views, 2 pools, tennis & elevator!

If your ideal escape includes a balance of peace with the option for lots of activity, Salty Sunrise is for you.

There is an elevator on site for renter use. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.**

Notice: There will be a scheduled multi-phase elevator modernization project across several Wrightsville Dunes buildings. For Building G, the elevator will be completely out of service from February 1, 2027 through March 8, 2027.

Renovated in 2016, this north end Wrightsville Beach condo has both direct beach access and 2 community pools – along with a tennis court. Don’t choose between a view of the ocean and a view of the marshy sound – here you get both from your 2BR end unit + 2 bed loft. Peace and activity – that’s Salty Sunrise.

Parking instructions:
2 parking spaces. Will receive parking passes. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Beach, view, building were great. A few minor hiccups that were easily fixed. No umbrella as we expected but we sat by the pool most days and there were plenty of umbrellas there. Nice place, quick, fun trip!

Enjoyed Our Stay

Enjoyed the location and accomodations. Only issues, and they are minor, is staircase going upstairs was a constant concern of hitting head and bike in the storage were very old and rusty. Other than that, we loved the place and enjoyed our stay.

Stunning view & family friendly

The property is a corner condo on the top floor. Has an elevator for ease of access. The boardwalk to the beach is directly beside the condo with an outdoor shower.The view is spectacular from the outdoor deck. The teens loved the upstairs bedroom with the spiral staircase and their own TV. The location of the condo on the island is away from the hussle and bussle but close enough to drive to dinner in minute.

Great family trip

Nice place to stay. Elevators and storage room were such a blessing! Plenty of extra chairs and toys for the beach. Rooms were nice with comfy beds. Make sure to pull the knobs out to turn the shower water on. East to get ahold of property management for questions. Would totally stay again!

Best place we’ve stayed!

This was the best vacation spot and the best property management that we have ever had on any of our beach trips! They were so communicative and responsive if we needed anything. The check-in and check-out process was the easiest we’ve had! And we loved that there were no keys to deal with and no office we had to drive to to drop off parking passes. The place we stayed was gorgeous, the views were spectacular, and beach access couldn’t have been easier! There’s even a storage room with a beach cart, toys, chairs, etc. I have nothing but positive things to say! We would love to use Sea Scape again for our beach vacation!

Pros- communication was fast and efficient with easy check in/out process Nice grounds, close to water and pool Nice condo layout with very comfortable beds Sulphur smell in water was milder than a previous property we stayed at last year CONS- rental wear is evident in living room couches and bathroom floors -fridge ice-maker didnt produce normal amount of ice, (maintenance did offer to check it out, but we just purchased ice) fridge was warm by the end if stay. Had toilet seal replaced first day (was leaking upon flushing). Kitchen garbage pedal broke, floor made bare feet dirty Overall- would recommend staying, as long as couches were replaced

Salty Sunrise

We absolutely loved our stay at Salty Sunrise. The unit was exactly as described and had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and 2 adult bikes were included. We rented beach umbrellas which were not included from an outside agency and they were delivered to our unit before our arrival. The only drawback was the sulphuric water smell every time you turned the water on. I believe this affects the entire Wrightsville Beach area. We brought some bottled water and used it for cooking. It didn’t take away from the beauty of this location. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous condo

The condo was clean with modern decor, and perfect location. Had everything we needed for a week long stay. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a beach umbrella, but everything else was perfect.

We enjoyed the view from this third floor, end unit (translation extra windows!) with easy access to the beach.I appreciated that the management company provided basic essentials for our short stay (dish soap, trash bags, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and extra towels, beach chairs, etc.). Those extra benefits made our stay convenient and added a personal touch that made us feel at home away from home. Thank you and we hope to return one day!

Beautiful unit, wonderful location!

This unit had everything our family could need and included a lot of extras we didn't expect (beach toys, chairs, bikes). The unit was clean and comfortable and the beach view was amazing. Also, our kids loved the pool. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Particularly in the kitchen. The cabinets were dirty and greasy. The pots and pans, what there was of them, greasy as well. Also, according to site, the condo was "newly renovated in 2016"... I'm not sure what was renovated...the plumbing fixtures were old and difficult to use and there was wear and tear, especially in the baths that were much older than 4 years.

Perfect in every way! UNIT #3A Salty Sunrise

We stayed here for our family (all adults) summer vacation for 5 nights. It was perfect in every way for us. First of all, Tracy is wonderful to work with. With all the Covid stuff going on, she bent over backwards to help make our family trip work for us...so thank you Tracy! We downloaded the app, and everything we needed to know was there at our fingertips. When we arrived, the AC was nice and cool and everything was super clean. The elevator is nice for unloading and hauling up all our "stuff." Parking passes were on the table as promised. Nobody parks in their assigned spots, so instead of making an issue out of this, we just parked wherever was available (except carport parking...this unit did not have carport parking). The storage closet had everything we needed for the beach: 6 or so beach chairs, an umbrella, a popup tent (although it was so rusted, it doesn't "pop" anymore, as are many of the chairs) 2 bikes, and ice chest, lots of beach games and sand castle stuff, etc. The beds were very comfortable for everyone. The only downside was the water. Like everyone before us, the water smells like sulfur which is common in many beach areas we have gone to. So, bring water with you for coffee, tea, drinking, brushing teeth, etc. Also bring a bag of ice, otherwise you get the sulfur water ice. What we loved most was how generous this rental company is with what they offer...we had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and dish soap, a LARGE container of disinfectant wipes, shampoo, cream rinse, body & hand soap, towels, bedding, and lots of beach towels! The showers aren't the best..in fact, we had to unclog the holes in one shower with a toothpick to get it to spray somewhat decently. For those wondering about coffee makers...there is a KURIG & a brew pot, so bring whichever coffee you want. There are tea bags of many flavors in the cabinet and also large tea bags, pam spray, salt & pepper, and a few spices. The kitchen has several big sets of beach themed dishes, knifes, utensils, bowls, cookware, baking pans, blender, toaster, 1 gal. pitcher, cutting boards, etc. There wasn't anything we were without. There is a washer & dryer with laundry soap, but no dryer sheets. The balcony area was wonderful, although there is no shade and gets pretty hot during the day. There, hope I covered everything for those looking at this place. You won't regret it. We loved it.
