Welcome to Crystal Tower 902, a beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offering sweeping Gulf views, luxury amenities, and direct beach access in Gulf Shores, Alabama. With spacious interiors, a private balcony, and resort-style pools, this condo is the perfect setting for your next coastal escape.

**PLEASE NOTICE-Door Preparation & Painting Project, scheduled to begin on Monday, April 27, 2026. Below is an overview of the project scope, schedule, and what to expect.
June 1 – June 5: Floors 10 & 9 (02 to 08 units only)
Please note: The schedule is weather-dependent and may be adjusted as needed.
• Management will coordinate access to all units
• Doors will be secured at the end of each workday
• Doors will need to be left slightly ajar after painting to allow proper drying (approximately 2–3 hours)
• Work hours: Mondays to Fridays 9 am to 5 pm**

Primary Bedroom – King-size bed, Smart TV, private en-suite bathroom, and direct balcony access for breathtaking sunrise views.
Bedroom 2 – King-size bed, Smart TV, and access to a full bathroom for extra privacy and convenience.
Living Room – Sleeper sofa, plush seating, large HDTV, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening to a private Gulf-view balcony.
Parking – Parking passes must be purchased online upon arrival via QR code shown around building. Can purchase up to 2.

Parking Process for Renters
Renters must pay upon entering the parking lot or within 30 minutes of arrival via WebApp, online, or by calling a live agent (24/7). No cash accepted.
QR codes for payment will be displayed throughout the property.
Renters can come and go freely after vehicle registration is completed, no physical parking passes are required, registration is tracked via license plate.
Each condo unit has a unique Access Code (provided before arrival) to complete parking registration.
If staying past the original check-out date, a new parking registration must be started via WebApp. No refunds for early departures.

Parking Fee Schedule (Effective April 1, 2025)
Days 1-3: $20 per day
Days 4-7: Free
Day 8 and beyond: $5 per day
Slow Season (Nov–March): Parking is capped at $60 for the entire stay

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The washing machine did not work properly; I called about it with no response. You could see daylight on 3 sides of the front door and whistled terribly during the windy days of our stay. Door bins on the refrigerator were missing. Toilet in master bath ran constantly. Water heater temp was low. The couch is terribly uncomfortable and needs replaced.
