We will pause the project and resume again in the Fall after September 8, when occupancy is lower, and we can complete the remaining work with minimal impact to guests and owners.***



Crystal Tower 1201 is a two-bedroom, two-bath, east-corner condo with incredible views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 12th floor. Located just across the street from the beach with deeded beach access via an air-conditioned overpass.

Paid parking is collected directly by the condominium association upon arrival. Only card payments are accepted—cash is not accepted. A maximum of two vehicles per unit is allowed.
