The island décor and exposed ceiling gives a real Caribbean flair to this couples hideaway. Wrap around porch creates the perfect spot for sunbathing, afternoon drinks, sunrises, and sunsets! Villa is a short walk to a private beach, the Atlantic Ocean, or the bay. Villa is equipped with a small kitchenette (hot plate, toaster oven but no large stove/oven). Great space for a couple looking to escape and enjoy North Eleuthera.

Your host, Tom Jones, published The Pilots Guide to the Bahamas and Carribean and was a private pilot flying the islands for the last 50 years. He settled in Eleuthera as the most beautiful of the "out islands" and centrally located of the islands.
Why they chose this property
Whale point is a very secluded "neighborhood" situated on Bottom Harbor. There are two public beaches for you to walk to and enjoy the turquoise waters, look at the turtles, and comb for shells. It is a 15 min ride to the airport and a 10 min water taxi ride to Harbor Island. New Moon is a great spot for a relaxing vacation.
What makes this property unique
New Moon features views of both the bay and atlantic sides of the point and there is always a cool ocean breeze from one direction or another. It is the perfect getaway for a couple wanting an affordable stay!
