This unit needs general maintenance. Toilet didn’t flush, oven was loud, fridge had trouble cooling, shower temp was off, chipped veneer on the kitchen cabinets, no extra pillows, lacking in certain kitchen utensils, fans missing pull chains, and they don’t let you operate the thermostat at night. Beds were comfortable and the view was good.

Liquid Life was awesome. The overall space in the condo was awesome. The best water pressure in any that we've stayed at. The property needs a little updating the guest bedroom is very squeaky, the guest toilet makes a loud whining noise, pillows were flat in the master & peeling cabinets.

Sorry the guest bedroom was squeaky, the guest toilet made a loud whining noise, the master pillows were flat, and the cabinets are peeling — that falls short of our standards. I’ve reported these items to our property and housekeeping teams so maintenance will address the squeak and toilet noise, housekeeping will replace the pillows, and we’ll schedule cabinet repairs/refresh and review updates for the unit. Unit is in disrepair. Multiple complaints in reviews, replies saying they have been fixed, but none are fixed. Fridge doesn't cool well and leaks water all over he kitchen floor on and off, one toilet doesn't flush well, cabinet face is peeling off. Liquid Life just didn't respond after I initially called and let him know about the fridge and hey sent a maintenance guy to look and do nothing about it. Them I had to call VRBO for hours to get anything resolved.

Our stay was good. The condo was a good fit for 2 couples and 5 children. The shape of the condo was not the best. The kitchen cabinets were a pretty worn with the laminate hanging off of one of the doors. The big refrigerator was not cold enough to store food. Luckily there were 2, so were able to move everything into the smaller one. I couldn’t tell that the wine fridge was on or not, but it was not cold enough. The ice maker worked good and was a great benefit. The property was a lot of fun. We enjoyed all the pools and slides. The beach trolley was not easy to use. We took it to the beach, but the wait was so long trying to come back, that one person in our group ended up walking back and getting their vehicle to come pick us up. There was a food truck and shave ice/ice cream truck at the beach drop off. That was good to have. Arrival and departure were a pain. We had to pick up room card keys a mile and a half off of the property and return them to that property after checking out. With the traffic, it was very extra. Overall, our group consensus is that we would return.

I’m sorry the layout wasn’t ideal and for the worn kitchen cabinets (including the laminate coming loose) and the fridge/wine fridge not cooling properly. I’ve shared these maintenance and housekeeping items so they can be inspected and repaired.
