Located on world-famous Grace Bay Beach, The Regent Grand is an exquisite all-suite oasis on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Stylish and sophisticated, our elegant oceanfront retreat is framed by palm trees, sea grapes, shimmering powder-white sand, and calm turquoise-blue waters.

The four-bedroom, oceanfront residences offer sensational views of Grace Bay Beach with the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Each residence features elegant living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit washer & drier. Located on the 5th floor, these residences have three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are king bedded, while the two guest bedrooms have one queen bed and two twin beds. Take in the stunning views from an oversized private balcony.

The Regent Grand is a luxury residential vacation resort where the individual style of each owner is reflected in their residence. Premium residences feature upgraded furniture, appliances, and interior design, whereas deluxe residences feature furniture, appliances and interior design that are consistent with a luxury resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
