Great stay but some things were missing

Overall, the house was amazing and cozy! However for the price of one night, you would expect more. For example, the TV’s were missing controllers or couldn’t even be plugged in. Also, the TV’s didn’t even have access to streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. This wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t for the price. I have stayed in cheaper homes and the essentials were all there. Moving on to the kitchen, items like knives and sugar packets for coffee were missing. Great house and neighborhood, but some things were missing.

Host is Horrible

I made a reservation for my family to stay while my Dad was in the hospital. I never got check-in instructions and called VRBO. They contacted the host and boy was that not what I expected. The host made claims that they never accepted the reservation even though I had correspondence with them previously. They claimed that they canceled the listing due to plumbing issues. They kept me on the phone while arguing with the VRBO rep and told me to be quiet so they could get a refund on their fees instead of calling back to host support like the VRBO representative requested. I had to hunt down a new place to stay for my family that was already in town. I wouldn't recommend this property or any property that they host.
