"Pensacola's Relaxing Hideaway" is a place to unwind with the whole family. Hang out in the pool or shoot some hoops! The kids can play on the swing set. In the game room you can try your hand at pool. The lanai may flood a bit in heavy rain but dries up in an hour. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is a trailer home neighborhood in the back but very quiet and safe

Quiet and perfect house for our family

We had plenty of space with my family of 8. We enjoyed the pool all day and enjoyed the basketball goal. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed, and a good location to get anywhere. Will definitely visit again.

Overall good experience!

I thought the house had a “sleeper” build. The outside of the home does not give it justice. The inside was modern and simple. It was mostly clean outside of some minor things. It is spacious and has some cool features like the game room, pool and basketball area outside. The location is near Pensacola beach and other nice areas (about 30 mins drive), however, the surrounding houses or neighborhood where it is located is a bit sketchy. However, these are not deal breakers for me because I would stay here again given our overall experience.

Thanks for your comments. My listing does state that there is a trailer home park behind the property so I am very upfront about it but it’s very safe and we have never had issues.

Great and beautiful house.

We went from Austin Tx and stay for 3 nights in the house, which is a really confortable house, has a really cool yard patio, the best of the house are the mattress we love them. The house is better that how it shows on pictures. The host is really good person, very nice, social and kind, she allow us to do check In 2 hours early. The only thing we did not like was that there's 3 cameras around out side of the house, a camera on front and a on the side, both on access doors entrance and another one camera right on front of the pool which there's not privacy. Take your own shampoo, conditioner, body soap and laundry soap, the place do not provide those things. But everything else it's really nice and excellent. I definitely recommend this place to stay if you don't care about the privacy.

This location was perfect for our needs. Our kids loved the game room, pool, and basketball. The host was quick and helpful in communication. We would definitely consider this home again if we are back in the Pensacola area.
