The studio features a 50" Roku Smart TV, convertible sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen with full size fridge, electric range , Keurig machine, microwave, toaster, and all kitchen essentials.. Cold AC, off-street parking, shared laundry room on site.

The property is professionally managed by Copeland Morgan LLC, a local property management company. They maintain a 24/7 hotline.

This is a budget-friendly. one room studio located in an urban environment, near 9th Ave N and 34th St (US Hwy 19). While it is conveniently located, you may experience some road noise, and we share the alley with the Budget Inn and Salem's Fresh Eats.

This is an upstairs, one room studio apartment. It does have a full bath and a large closet closet. as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
