The kitchen is fully equipped: Fridge, Stove, dishes, glasses. The TV provides entertainment for everyone.
The air-conditioning is installed with the highest standards.
You also have access to free WLAN. A washer and a dryer is in the Windsor Lodge Building.
Maximum Occupancy 2 Adults+ 2 Kids. Maximum number of guests 4 persons, this number may not be exceeded even with a baby.

The Oaks is a private club. The club facilities are NOT accessible for the Windsor Lodge guests (Golf, Tennis, Fitness, Restaurants, Community Pools). The pool at the Windsor Lodge is solely for the Windsor Lodge guests though.

Birgit responded very promptly to any questions i had during my stay. The unit was very well stocked including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach rowels, etc. The property was beautiful and very well maintained.Location was perfect for trips in to Sarasota and Venice.

The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet yet close to many activities and popular beaches . The host was very responsive to all correspondence and questions. A nice added touch of chips and salsa , wine and water were included upon arrival .
