This rental offers complete Kitchen, tile floors, Queen size sleeper sofa, dining table and relaxing front porch and two car garage. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, extra large closet with washer and dryer. Guest bedroom with full size bed. Large bath with shower and linens for bath and beds. Kitchen is complete with stove , microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and cooking utensils. There are beach chairs, towels, and coolers, so just bring your suitcases. This Guest House offers privacy in a quiet neighborhood and yet is just minutes from the beach, shopping, restaurants, golf courses and other amenities. A non-smoking guest home.

The host, Kathy was welcoming and the apartment is comfortable and very conveniently located. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will stay again if available when visiting the west coast of Florida.

Cute cute cute guest house. Has everything you need from beach stuff, kitchen, washer/dryer, privacy. Communication with host was easy and quick. Super quick drive to the beach. So so close. We would definitely stay here again. Great house in a great location.

Great trip to Florida

Great location to multiple gulf beaches. Hosts were wonderful. Property is clean and in a good area. Loved that the beach amenities were here for guests to use like cooler, umbrella, sand toys and chairs. Would stay again.

Relaxation at the beach

Convenient access to beaches and shopping needs

The rental was clean, conveniently located to beaches and shopping, and a pleasant place to relax after a busy day in the area. The rental is a guest house in the back tucked behind the owner’s house. All went well with our stay.

Perfect guest house!

Super cute guest house that had everything we needed including our own garage! Pleasantly surprised how roomy it was with good sized bedrooms an open living area and a very nice bathroom. Also, super close to beach! Thank you for making check in and out so smooth.

Lots of bath towels and wash cloths. Kathy and Jerry are very friendly and welcoming. The garage is an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay here served great purpose as it was convenient to beaches we wanted to shark tooth hunt on. Would stay here again.

House was perfect. 3 miles from beach. Host very helpful and they provide more than I expected. I saved a lot of money not having to buy paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper plates, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soaps, etc. the beach supplies were awesome as well. We look forward to coming back

Most Awesome Place

Wonderful, charming, comfortable and convenient place to stay! The hostess and host are lovely people who we can be comfortable with! It is cutely decorated with beach theme! All the conveniences of home and then some! We’ve stayed several times over the years and will continue to, as long as its available! We’ve already booked next year and may book again for the fall if we can fit it in our schedule! Love this place and our hosts, Cathy & Jerry! We always feel welcomed and accommodated there!

We chose to build this home here because of the unique area. It has the convenience of being near the amenities of a city yet has a rural feel as soon as you turn off the main road. It is a quaint area that is the last unspoiled beach in Sarasota County.
