The backyard is a common area that can be accessed by walking around the outside of the house. There is no direct access to the backyard from inside the unit.

PARKING

For parking, you may use the left side of the driveway where you can park up to two cars deep. Street parking is also available. Please do not block the right side of the driveway area as it is reserved for the back unit residents.

PET POLICY

We welcome your furry friends! Pets require explicit pre-approval before booking. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees or possible termination of stay.

If approved, pet fees are $25/night for short stays, $75/week, or $200/month per pet. Contact us before booking to discuss your pet and obtain approval.
