Our Brand New Beach House was just constructed in June of 2024. Its prime location boasts short commutes. The Carolina Beach is a 3 mile drive & The Wilmington Downtown Area is a 12-mile drive.
Our family friendly house provides entertainment with a Roku Smart TV in all of the bedrooms & living area; Games like Wii Console and traditional wooden Scrabble & Monopoly.
We equip the home for your (and our!) vacation to be smooth & relaxing, so you don’t have to do so much grocery shopping, pack less overall as you will have the essentials available for your convenience.
Full Kitchen is equipped with cooking & baking essentials and seasonings. . Dining area boasts a fully equipped coffee bar. Coffee, creamer and sweeteners provided. Laundry room contains washer/dryer with laundry essentials. There is outdoor seating located in both the front porch with rocking chairs and the side deck, boasting tall, oversized, comfy Adirondack chairs. Charcoal grill available with essentials to cook out for you & your guests. Showers include essentials to bathe. Cleaning supplies available to use.
Bedroom 1 - The Master includes King Size Bed, 1 dresser, 2 night stands w/ large walk in closet and luggage rack for storage. Master Bedroom has private bathroom, large walk in shower and separate toilet room. Bedroom 2 - The Guest includes Queen Size Bed, 1 dresser, 2 night stands w/ closet and luggage rack for for storage.
Bedroom 3 - The Guest includes 2-Twin beds, 1 nightstand, 1 dresser, closet and luggage rack for storage.

Originally from Orlando, FL and settling on Marco Island, FL, I naturally worked and studied hospitality & tourism my entire life, as Florida is the No. 1 State of Domestic Tourism.
While the FL attracts many visitors and is located in the South, it fails to grasp the true meaning of hospitality. North Carolina boasts authentic southern hospitality, as its most well known for having the most polite & well-mannered people. Born in Kings Mountain, NC, my partner hosts with that true southern hospitality and brings all the charm to The Square Grouper House. It comes natural to them to provide that welcoming touch like fresh baked goods upon arrival and the neatly folded towels set out for each guest.
