RENTAL RATES
We offer a straightforward rental experience with transparent pricing and no hidden fees for credit card processing.

Our rates do NOT include:

• Cleaning charges

Extended Stays
For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is required for an additional fee of $200.00, which includes:
• Towel exchange, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, light dusting, cleaning up kitchen, and mopping all floors.

Check-in/Check-out
• Flexible check-in times are available after 1:00pm, subject to prior approval
• Standard check-out time is 10:00am

Payment Terms
A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. However, we are flexible and can accommodate alternative arrangements upon request. Such arrangements must be discussed and agreed upon in advance to ensure clarity and avoid any misunderstandings.
