About this property

Cozy Lakefront House w/nice covered deck. Calm water location & Pet friendly!

Remodeled Lakehouse in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks. Less than 5 mins from the new Grand Glaize amusement park opening in 2026 and quick access to all shopping, restaurant & bars and grocery stores. Perfect location by water (19mm) to get to all the action on the Lake! Very family oriented area with longtime owners occupying adjacent properties.

Large covered deck lakeside w/gas gril, perfect for lounging and taking in sunsets. Access to the large community dock with shaded and sunning options. The house and dock are located deep in our cove well off the main channel. Very little boat traffic in our spot with very quiet water always - if you love being in the water you'll absolutely adore our location.

Use of 10x24' slip is included with rental at no extra charge. We have an onsite launch ramp that works well for smaller vessels or pwc's. Many guests launce at PB2 which is 5 mins away by land and 10-15 mins by water.

Well behaved pets are welcome and an add'l cleaning fee applies. Owner has owned at the Lake for 25 years and is super responsive.

Great property

We had 9 people in town for a youth fishing tournament. Judy and Nick were very quick to respond to any questions or needs. The place was exactly as pictured! We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again!

Close to the water

This property is close to the water with a nice view. Parking is tight. We had two trucks and a bass boat and were able to make it work. House was very clean and fresh. The deck was a great place to hang out on a spring evening.

Ozarks

We loved the closeness to the lake shore and the use of the community dock. Unfortunately, the boat launch was too small for our pontoon, but we got it launched at the state park instead. The house was great, we loved the deck, but we could have used more kitchen utensils to cook with and store left overs.

Just what we needed!

We used this property as an overflow for our group. It was just what we needed. It was a 3-minute walk to our main property. It was perfect for the young adults in our group to have their own beds and quiet place to sleep each night. Any questions/concerns were responded to immediately. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Parking

Was in town for Bikefest. Doesn't have good parking for motorcycles. Parking is gravel. It was packed down and worked. Just not what I was expecting.

It is listed as a2 bathroom. We had 8 adults , and 2 children trying to share 1 bathroom. The second bathroom only has a toilet. No light, no shower, no sink, no door. It sits in the family room and could not be used because there is no door. We were offered to walk to a house next door to use the shower. We passed on other houses to pick this one for the fact it had 2 bathrooms..There were 5 dogs that surrounded the entry door. They barked, snapped and tried to attack us as we tried to go outside. The neighbor who owns the dogs was very rude and said some negative things to my family but never called good dogs back. My daughter was trying to walk in with her new born son and several of these dogs ran around her making her fall with her infant of 6 weeks in hand. The property is very nice, the home was nice and clean. The owner was very nice as well and let us check in early. If you are renting this place and have any pets please be warned of the dogs that roam free.. and that it only has 1 bathroom.

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I decided on a last minute trip with our kids and this house was the perfect size! The check in process was effortless! Nick and Judy were very attentive to anything we needed help with. My favorite part of the house was sitting in the back porch at night! I would also agree with other reviews that the neighborhood was peaceful. I would recommend this house!

Easy Access

The house was comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. We were there for Thanksgiving so having a well appointed kitchen was important. Judy bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed including bringing us her own coffee pot and coffee to use while she ran to the store to buy a replacement for the one that was not working well. The upstairs living room is small, but there is additional seating downstairs. My grandsons are ready for us to return in the summer!

Fantastic location with amentaties

Home is very nice and clean, has 3 bdrms, 1 upstairs and 2 downstaris, has everything you need for family. This is a perfect place to stay especially if you have a boat, home comes with a slip in a very family friendly cove, quit and close to everything, bring your dogs too what more could you want. Only concern about home is the stairs are of the spiral kind, very tight and curvy, tough to navigate but that is only concern, definately coming back, thank you Matt....

We are from Columbia Missouri and have owned properties at the Lake for 25+ years. Grew up waterskiing each summer at the Lake with my parents co-owning a house near the Grand Glaize bridge they purchased in 1969. Tons of my favorite memories involve times had at LOZ and we get tremendous enjoyment sharing that opportunity with our guests each year.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is mostly long term owners that have been there the entire time we've owned in this location. It's a very family oriented area and our kids have grown up with their kids/grandkids.

A childhood friend owns a couple other rentals right in our area and we're capable of hosting large groups across 3 different properties all within steps of each other.

What makes this property unique

I challenge anyone to find a better cove location at LOZ. Deep off the main channel, we enjoy quiet water always and awesome sunset views. If you enjoy lounging in the water our spot delivers in spades.

Our spacious covered deck looking out onto the Lake provides an incredible area to start each morning or finish each day/evening.
