Great house, great location, great host, well equipped. The garage downstairs is an added bonus for fishing gear storage. Looking forward to next time!
Loved the place! We chose it for location. Easy to find, quiet, clean. Unfortunately we werent there to fish but definitely is a great fishing location. Chris was nice and everything was great!

Thank you so much. It was a pleasure to host you and look forward to hosting you again in the future
Myself and 2 other stayed for weekend of fishing. Good location - the house was just what we needed to crash after long day on the river.

Great guest, very easy to talk with. They kept the house clean and orderly. And respected the property. Was my pleasure to host them and look forward to doing so again
Listing was very accurate, perfect for two of us steel heading. Comfortable and super convenient! Dry garage area for changing and gearing up was a huge add!
Property was perfect for our needs. Came to the area to do some snowmobiling and this place is close to the trails. The house was very nice, cozy, and clean. The property owner went above and beyond by allowing an early check in and checking to see if we needed anything. Top notch!

Needs to add on or erect another place just like it so we can come more often! Thanks Chris.
If you are looking for a place with proximity to fishing or to nature, this is a great location. Right across the street was access to a path that led to the river where you can fish. As well there was a lovely mile long hiking path along the river. Three state parks that are on Lake Ontario are less than 25 minutes drive away. Loved all three and two them have beaches. There's also a great waterfall and a fish hatchery nearby. The property itself was homey and comfortable. There a nice yard to hang out if you aren't out fishing and hiking. The house inside was spotless and well maintained. It had a very nice cozy and welcoming vibe. Beds were comfortable and the water was warm. That's important!!! The house is really located on the second floor with a loft with an additional sleeping place. So expect some stairs to the living space and some more if you are sleeping in the loft. Nice livingroom and kitchen is fully equipped -- except for a toaster. So you don't need to bring dishes, pots, pans, cooking or eating implements. There are also cooking spices and coffee. Host was very communicative and the checkin process was easy. A few things: please plan to take your garbage with you or add money to the tip jar for the cleaning staff as it is out in the country and doesn't have weekly trash pickup. That was no big deal. There are no normal height chairs. There are four bar stool chairs around the dining table and two comfy couches. I
