Location was perfect for both going downtown and to the beach (about 10-15 min to each). Kitchen was pretty bare bones in terms of cookware, which would have made it hard to cook a whole meal in, but we were only there for two nights and planned on eating out, so wasn't a huge issue for us. A couple minor things could have made our stay better (which will be shared with the host) but overall due to the proximity to the things we wanted to do, it being pet friendly and just being a place to rest for a couple nights, no major complaints!

If there was a zero star, I would’ve highlighted it. The air conditioner was broke so in return, he put a window unit in in the kitchen. The bedrooms and the rest of the condo were boiling hot. The floors were filthy. The walls were filthy. There was no access to the pool the whole place was just a hot mess. It should not be ever rented out. I’ve been waiting for a refund. Still nothing.

4th of July Weekend

The location was amazing and the rooms were exactly as stated. The kitchen utensils were excellent and we were able to save money by utilizing the kitchen. The bathrooms were clean but there was a drainage issue. The water did not go down right away but it did drain prior to the next shower. We checked to see if it was hair but it wasn't so not sure why the delay. Overall, I would definitely come back as long as the drainage was addressed. The price for this condo is definitely reasonable and the owner responded right away to any and all concerns we had. We did not bring up the shower situation with the owner because we noticed the water did drain just not rapidly so we just enjoyed our stay.
