Hi I'm Nathan, I've been in real estate since 2013 and have been hosting guests in our Evansville properties since 2020. I'm an Evansville native, lived in Nashville, TN for 15 years, and returned to the area to raise our five children. We're looking forward to hosting you in our property!
Why they chose this property
The home is located in a prime downtown spot. We're only 3 blocks from both Main Street and the Riverfront. It's walkable to some great bars, restaurants, and so much more!
What makes this property unique
This historic building has great history as it was built as the first veterinary clinic in Evansville, over 100 years ago. It has been modernized with a great renovation back in 2008 but still maintains its original charm with exposed brick walls throughout.
