The house is nice. It was clean and comfortable. I do feel the price was a bit high for the quality of the furnishings, materials, etc. Low end items look nice but aren’t very comfortable (e.g., couch and bed). The owner was nice and accommodating. Just felt a bit overpriced for what we got, otherwise 5 stars.
