The City Charmer will charm you in this centrally located home just a few minutes to downtown, restaurants, parks & bars. Located in the Mordecai area, this spacious home can sleep 8! With a unique layout, 2 houses in one! You can only access the upstairs by an exterior staircase to utilize the additional king bedroom, 2nd bath & bonus room w/sleeper sofa & laundry. The main floor sleeps 4, w/2 queen bedrooms, & full bath. Huge backyard, outdoor porch, walkable & Pet friendly! Come stay awhile! This home is wonderful for a group of 8 , for families or an intimate stay for 2.. It’s divided into 2 floors with easy one floor living if needed for 4 on the main level with 2 queen bedrooms each with TVs, ceiling fans, dressers & closets, fully stocked kitchen dining room, large living room & full bath. Enjoy the outdoor porch off the living room for peaceful reading or relaxing! And there is a huge yard for the fur babies or kids to play!

The second level, only way to access this is by the exterior staircase, on the outside of the home, has an additional living space with a king bedroom suite with tv ceiling fan, dresser closet and a full bath. There is also a bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa and another kitchen with the only laundry room for the home. This is the perfect home for families with teens or older children who want their own space, multiple families to share a home for an event or for smaller groups.

This home really was charming. Great location near everything! Quiet, pretty neighborhood close to downtown, very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable . In the morning we had great showers, fluffy towels, and a short drive to our favorite bakery in Raleigh. We will stay here again!
