This 3100 sq ft home comfortably sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms with 2 full baths (1 with shower and 1 with shower and tub), and 2 half baths. Additional twin bed sleeping loft located in the 3rd floor attic delivers stunning ocean views to the Vineyard. Potential to comfortably sleep an additional 4 people on supplied Aerobeds and couch. (Plenty of room to sleep more if you bring your own Aerobeds).

Smell the air from Surf Side beach as you amble down Shore Street and arrive at the beach just minutes later – no need to drive and look for parking! When your day at the beach is done, you are just an enchanted stroll away from the variety of restaurants and charming shops in the center of the village of Falmouth. Or if the beach isn’t your thing, the Falmouth Ferry is just a ½ mile bike ride away, allowing you to spend your day exploring Martha’s Vineyard.

Your vacation at this rustic home held within the same family for 80 years will give you a taste of the real Cape Cod, while still availing yourself of the modernized kitchen and full baths complete with dishwasher and washer and dryer units. The home is fully stocked with bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, linens, outdoor grill, cookware, cutlery, and bikes – just bring your swimsuit!

Given the proximity to the ocean, the home is primarily cooled by the ocean breezes, with fans and portable A/C unit provided for use as needed.

This home is well known as a popular water stop of the world-famous Falmouth Road Race. Imagine your vacation filled with happy days at the beach, leisurely strolls, invigorating runs, scenic bike rides, or just lounging in the beautiful gardens.

Weekly and monthly rentals are available. 3 night minimum in off-season. Pets to be considered, with potential refundable pet deposit.

Super location

The location of the this property could not be better. It’s a one minute walk to the Surf beach and a 10 minute walk to the center of Falmouth with all its great stores and restaurants. We kept the car in the driveway while we were there with our family and just walked and biked to wherever we needed to go. It is an old and historic house but was clean and efficient. Property manager was great and very helpful. Nice area and the property location was fantastic. We enjoyed are stay there very much.
