BEACH BUM COTTAGES - STEPS FROM BEACH, INGROUND POOL, PERFECT LOCATION

We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all guests, but we must also ensure our property and house rules are respected. Unfortunately, this stay presented significant challenges from the outset. Prior to arrival, the guest expressed dissatisfaction with our standard security and check-in procedures, which require a brief confirmation before releasing access codes. Upon arrival, the guest repeatedly violated our established house rules, most notably by bringing undisclosed pets onto the property. Regrettably, these unauthorized pets caused physical damage to our cottage and furnishings. When we addressed these violations and the resulting damage, the interaction became contentious, leading directly to this retaliatory review. The guest has refused to pay for the property damage incurred, and they are permanently barred from booking any of our properties in the future. As a host with 15 years of hospitality experience, we take pride in our property and our relationship with the rental community. We deeply regret that this situation occurred and that the guest chose not to take responsibility for the impact of their stay.
