The Fitzgerald is a spacious new build brownstone home in downtown Waco that is within walking distance (one block) to Magnolia Silos and a short drive to Baylor University (4 minutes). This stylish retreat offers incredible living, kitchen and dining areas and comfortably sleeps six with two king beds and two twin beds. Additional amenities include: an isolated downstairs primary suite with a luxurious bath, ensuite bathrooms, a half bath downstairs, a fully stocked kitchen, tvs and more!

Beautiful and very clean home! We loved the location and the fence around the property made it feel very safe. Love the large living room/kitchen space. We had 6 total adults and had lots of space to hang out and play games! Looking forward to coming back soon!

We had an amazing experience at the Fitzgerald! The home was immaculate, the property manager was attentive and responded quickly, and the location was perfect for both Magnolia and Baylor. We’ll definitely be back!

What an awesome house! Owners left nothing to be desired. House was immaculate and perfect for our family. As VRBO owners ourselves, I appreciated every detail and nothing was missed. Ladies Getaway

Longtime friends spent time in Waco eating, shopping and celebrating. We loved our stay at the Fitzgerald. It was beautiful, clean and well equipped. It is so conveniently located downtown and close to all the fun things. We enjoyed sitting by the fire-pit outside and all the bedrooms were really comfortable. We look forward to coming back again!

Gorgeous, Comfortable Home with Great Hosts!

I stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration with friends and it was the perfect spot. Super convenient to Magnolia and other Waco spots. Plenty of parking. Lovely space with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable and the entire space was welcoming and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again! Hosts took extra care to make sure we had everything we needed and even left treats!
