Very nice peaceful 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet part of New Haven, close to Yale University and sone nice food shops on Temple Street. The bathroom was extremely clean; the kitchen was well organized and cozy, very similar to a French Parisian apartment. Marc the Host was welcoming and always ready to answer any question.

This was my second time staying at this great penthouse with a drop-dead deck view of the the Yale Sterling Library tower and local church towers. The small kitchen is quite serviceable, and the bathroom is bright, with a large modern shower. Both bedrooms are comfortable, and the living area is as well. The host is very generous, with coffee, tea and other staples provided. Convenient to all Yale schools/colleges, with plenty of dining options nearby.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend in this well appointed property. The location was perfect to enjoy walking to highlights in East Rock and Yale University. We enjoyed dining, museums, mornings and evenings on the patio. The apartment is quiet and upgraded with everything we needed.The owner Marc was very responsive and made an extra effort to ensure we enjoyed our visit leaving snacks, beverages, and even fresh flowers which enhanced our enjoyment of this rental unit. The convenient parking space was also a nice plus. Looking forward to another visit soon!

One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. It is a hike up those outdoor back stairs to the top, but great location, reserved parking space, stocked with snacks, great communication, very comfortable space. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay

We had a wonderful stay. The owner had prepared everything so well for us, even providing some yummy treats for our stay. The apartment was very close to everything we needed to get to on campus. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for campus accommodation.

Super cute and clean. Beds were comfy. Stairs were a lot if you have an issue with stairs but otherwise, fine. Great location to explore New Haven 👍🏻

Great location, fabulous place, wonderful host

This cute apartment is conveniently located with respect to the Yale campus. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is nicely stocked. Marc (the host) is incredibly accommodating, even left snacks in the kitchen. I'll definitely try to stay here again if I return to New Haven.

The penthouse has everything you could need for a comfortable stay in New Haven. I loved the patio and beautiful view over the rooftops. The location is fantastic especially if you’re visiting the Yale campus (includes off-street parking). And Marc’s hospitality is unmatched!

Lovely Reunion Weekend

My friends and I stayed at Marc's place for a long-weekend during our reunion and had a great time. The location was perfect for accessing events on the campus while giving us a bit more privacy for relaxing. Marc was incredibly communicative and even left drinks/snacks for us at the place. Also the place is very cute and the beds are so comfy! Will definitely come back when in New Haven.

Amazing New Haven Apartment!!

Marc is a superior host, so helpful. Met us on arrival w/a quick tour and lots of recommendations. Great location close to places to eat, walking distance to Yale, quick on/off I91 if driving anywhere outside of NH. Highest recommendation and can’t wait to stay there again

Excellent stay!

We had a great experience staying at the penthouse. We traveled from California and it was the best place to walk into after a long day of travel — clean, warm, and homey. Marc provided helpful directions that made checking in and out a breeze. The penthouse is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the Yale campus. Highly recommend!
