The convenience of the location with walking distance to Yale, restaurants, services and downtown New Haven. The finishes, furnishings and accoutrements are second to none. The apartment comes with the use of a private parking space. Breakfast items are also provided to our guests, ranging from hot oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit, fresh baked goods, as well as coffee, tea and soft drinks. Guests can request that certain items be available on their arrival.
